Thank you for shopping with The Craft Shack! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $40. For orders under $40, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–5 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
